Coastline Digital does not send automated marketing SMS campaigns to clients. Any automated messaging systems we configure are built for our clients to communicate with their own customers, not for Coastline Digital to message you.

All messaging systems that Coastline Digital configures on your behalf are designed to comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) where applicable, and CTIA messaging guidelines. You, as the client, are responsible for ensuring that your customers have provided appropriate, documented consent prior to receiving any automated communications through systems we configure for you.

4. How We Collect Your Information

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Directly from you when you complete onboarding forms, contact us by email, phone, or messaging, or provide information during the service setup process
  • Through standard web analytics tools when you visit our website, which may collect basic technical data such as IP address and browser type
  • From third-party platforms when you grant us access to tools like Google Business Profile or GoHighLevel for the purposes of service delivery

5. Information Sharing

Coastline Digital does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal or business information with any third-party advertisers, data brokers, parent companies, or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We may share information with trusted service providers strictly as necessary to operate and deliver our services. These providers include:
